Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellations by Clients

Private Yacht Charters:
Cancellations for private yacht charters are subject to the following refund policies:

• More than 1 year before the start date: Full refund.
• Between 1 year and 180 days before the start date: 70% refund of the charter package.
• Between 179 days and 90 days before the start date: 50% refund of the charter package.
• Less than 89 days before the start date: No refund.

Note: No refunds are provided for partially used products or services.

Cabin Cruises:
Cancellations for cabin cruises are subject to the following refund policies:

• 45 days or more before the start date: Refund less 30% of the total product cost.
• 21 to 45 days before the start date: Refund less 50% of the total product cost.
• 20 days or less before the start date: No refund.

Note: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after written notice of cancellation is received and confirmed.

2. Open Date Transfer Policy

For selected cabin cruises, Clients may transfer to an open date option with no additional charges if notice is given at least 21 days before the cruise.

Deposits from the original booking will be transferred to the new dates confirmed between the Client and YOURTOURKEY.

Availability of dates is subject to cabin availability, and new prices may apply based on current rates.

3. Refunds for Cancellations by YOURTOURKEY

YOURTOURKEY reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking under force majeure circumstances (e.g., war, natural disasters, government actions).

In such cases, Clients will either receive an alternative product or a full refund if no suitable alternative can be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds are provided for:

Clients failing to join a booked product or arriving after the departure.

Partially used services or products.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
