ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts concerning the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website (kekovatourkey.com).

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS/SERVICES
The basic features of the product(s)/service(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER’s website. During campaigns, the valid product features and terms are limited to the campaign period.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 – The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information about the basic features, sales price, and payment method of the product/service on the SELLER’s website and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2 – The product/service subject to the Agreement will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address indicated by the BUYER within the specified timeframe, depending on the BUYER’s location, provided it does not exceed the legal delivery period of 30 days.

4.3 – If the product/service is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if the person/entity refuses to accept the delivery.

4.4 – The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product/service in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and with the relevant warranty documents and user manuals (if applicable).

4.5 – The SELLER is not obligated to deliver the product/service if the BUYER has not fully paid the price or if the payment has been canceled in bank records.

4.6 – If the BUYER’s credit card is used unlawfully by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product/service due to no fault of the BUYER, the SELLER is not obligated to refund the product/service cost.

4.7 – If the SELLER cannot deliver the product/service on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the BUYER will be informed immediately. The BUYER may cancel the order, request a replacement product/service, or allow an extension of the delivery period.

4.8 – The SELLER will bear the shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged products/services within the warranty terms.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product/service. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via email (info@yourturkey.com) or phone within this period.

For a refund, the original invoice and proof of return must be submitted along with the returned product/service in its original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product/service.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS/SERVICES EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed tours or transfers).
  • Custom or personalized services.
  • Digital products or services once delivery has begun.

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For the enforcement of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the declared value by the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s jurisdiction shall have authority.

By confirming the order, the BUYER accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
