2. Yourtourkey.com is the official website where the commercial activities of Aquaventure Tourism Travel Agency, affiliated with Andriake Tourism Trade and Limited Company, are conducted. Hereafter,, Yourtourkey.com and Aquaventure Tourism Travel Agency will be referred to as ‘Yourtourkey and Aquaventure Tourism’ respectively, and collectively as 'we' or 'us'."
3. As Aquaventure and Yourtourkey, we aim to define the responsibilities of you and your party as customers, as well as the mutual obligations arising from a contract made with us as the service provider. Therefore, it is important for you to read and understand the content.
4. Boat, Gulet, yacht, the ship is hereafter referred to as ‘vessel’. Tour/cruise and holiday are hereafter referred to as a product. Seller/travel agency is hereafter referred to as ‘agent.’
5. The individual listed as the primary contact on the booking agreement will serve as the leader of the group and, consequently, agrees to abide by these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals listed, substituted, or added to the booking reservation form. It is understood that all listed individuals are deemed to have read, comprehended, and accepted all Booking Conditions.
6. All trips featured on the AQUAVENTURE TOURISM's websites, social media accounts, brochures, and stores are operated or sold by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM as an agent of local operators and providers. Your contract will be with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM as an agent of other product operators.
7. All displayed prices are valid when the website is published online. The information provided here is based on the most recent data available. Prices may fluctuate dynamically online due to various reasons. However, these changes will not affect your rates or terms once your booking is confirmed.
8. Liability of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM: AQUAVENTURE TOURISM accepts no liability if additional costs to the Client are incurred through delay, accident, or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. Regarding carriage by air, sea, and rail and the provision of accommodation, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM's liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM can accept no responsibility for schedule changes and delays due to breakdowns in machinery or equipment, strikes, theft, baggage loss/damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with hotel accommodation or any transportation, baggage handling, or any matter related hereto. The Client will bear all such losses or expenses.
9. No-Show: If a client fails to join a product or joins it after departure or leaves before product completion, no refund will be made by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM.
10. Agent’s responsibility: Your agent is responsible for advising Aquaventure Tourism of any special requirements you may have and communicating any changes or alterations advised to your agent by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM.
11. Information and Pricing Policy: Before a booking is confirmed, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to amend any brochure, website, and in-store prices due to any circumstances outside the control of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM, such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including scheduled airfares and the cost of fuel), changes in any dues, taxes, or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation/disembarkation fees at airports). We reserve the right to change or adjust any of the facilities, transport, services, increases in admission fees, itineraries, prices, gasoline price increases, and similar causes or vessels described here without being liable for any compensation or refund. Increases in admission fees and exchange rates. In such a case, each passenger (Client) could be required to pay an additional amount for the Product reflecting such increases.
12. Client Exclusion and Local Laws: Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM employees, its suppliers' employees, and representatives while on the Product. If, in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable, or happy progress of the Product, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the Product without prior notice or any liability on the part of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. In the case of the Client’s ill health, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM may make such arrangements as it sees fit and will recover the costs thereof from the Client. Passengers (clients) agree to comply with Turkey’s laws and regulations. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM shall not be liable to Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts while on the Product.
13. Flight, Ferry and Bus Intermediary: Aquaventure Tourism acts as an intermediary between the Client and any flight/ferry/bus companies. If the company makes any changes, including delays, cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstance, Aquaventure Tourism holds no liability. However, if the company issues any changes, Aquaventure Tourism guarantees to contact their clients to inform them of the changes, delays, and cancellations. In case of delays, Aquaventure Tourism will not issue refunds. However, in cases of cancellations by the flight, ferry, or bus company, refunds will be given as per the relevant companies' terms and conditions. Aquaventure Tourism is always on the Client’s side and will do everything in their best interest.
14. Adventure Activities: AQUAVENTURE TOURISM can arrange for the Client to participate in 'Adventure activities' such as Paragliding, Diving, or Hot Air Ballooning, for example; however, as a representative agent for the activity companies, any legalities resulting from accident, damage, or loss is in no way the responsibility of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. The Client undertakes such risks at their own volition. However, as an intermediary between the Client and the adventure company, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will fulfill its Duty of Care by providing products of a reasonable standard and supplying any necessary information. The Client is responsible for knowing the possible risks in their chosen activity. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM or its suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client’s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM or of any consequences that could not have been avoided even with all due care.
15. Travel Documentation: It is the responsibility of the Client to have a valid passport (of which many countries require passports to be valid for six months beyond your stay), the correct visa for entry into Turkey; despite it being an online visa, it is recommended to print it out, we have posted the link here for all information https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/info/what-is-an-e-visa/ vaccinations, preventative medicines, and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the required travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM but without liability. In the case of lost or stolen documents, while AQUAVENTURE TOURISM is more than happy to assist in any way possible, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, and the Client is not entitled to any reimbursement or compensation of paid travel expenses.
16. Travel and Health Insurance: Clients are entirely responsible and strongly advised by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM to obtain their Travel and Health insurance (sickness & accidents), covering baggage loss/damage, theft, and cancellations. Repatriation or otherwise while traveling. In case of these events during the Product, we shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising from that place. All commercial and public-purpose vessels used by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM are required by Turkish law to have minimum liability insurance.
17. Health and Conduct: Before booking, all Clients are expected to satisfy themselves that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen Product. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses must declare the true nature of such conditions when booking and make arrangements to provide any medication or other treatment required during the Product. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make any such disclosure will breach these booking conditions and relieve AQUAVENTURE TOURISM from any obligations and liability. Inoculations and Allergies: The Client is responsible for having any vaccinations required for your intended destinations. Clients must advise AQUAVENTURE TOURISM of any allergies or other physical conditions that might affect them during the Product. Any other relevant medical and health information should be disclosed to AQUAVENTURE TOURISM before booking.
18. Airport Transfers: Transfers from any airport in Turkey can be included at an extra cost. Full flight details, including arrival time and flight number, must be provided at least two weeks before arrival. Failure to provide complete and correct information may void any refunds for transfers.
19. Free Time: Certain periods during the Product may be designated as "free time." These intervals primarily aim to allow the Client to rest, relax, and explore. The Client is free to utilize this free time as they desire. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM does not assume responsibility for any loss, accident, or injury occurring during such 'free time.'
20. Photography: Our company representatives may capture photographs and films of our Clients utilizing any AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Product. Any client feeling discomfort in such circumstances should inform the captain or crew to avoid being photographed while on board. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to utilize such material for advertising or promotional purposes without further consent. Furthermore, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to employ any feedback, questionnaires, or commendatory letters from Clients regarding AQUAVENTURE TOURISM or its Products in promotional materials without additional consent. Should the Client prefer that no images be used by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM, they may communicate this via email.
21. Personal Data: All Client data is safeguarded under Turkey's "Protection of Personal Data" laws. It is understood that upon signing the contract, the Client consents to the use of this data. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM retains the right to utilize this data for direct marketing, market research, client demographics, statistics, and information for AQUAVENTURE TOURISM and its business associates. If the Client prefers that no data be utilized by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM, they may indicate this via email, and said data will be expunged.
22. Acceptance of Terms: The receipt of a deposit or final payment signifies that product participants (clients) have read and accepted all the above and the terms and conditions of affiliated websites, agreeing to adhere to them.
23. PRIVATE YACHT CHARTERS
23.1. Confirmation / Deposit Payment for AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Private Yacht Charters: Bookings can only be confirmed when a minimum deposit of 30% to 60% (depending on vessel class) has been received by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. On rare occasions, some charters may request full payment. The amount will be confirmed automatically by our online booking system or with a team member if the booking is made via E-mail. It is also the client’s responsibility to check and confirm to AQUAVENTURE TOURISM that they have received all bookings, tickets, itineraries, and any other relevant information.
23.2 AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Private Yacht Charters Balance Payment:
Depending on each vessel, some charters require pre-payment, and some require payment on arrival; our crew will notify you during the booking process.
23.2.a. Bookings with Pre-payment Requested: The balance should be paid eight weeks before arrival unless agreed differently between AQUAVENTURE TOURISM and the client over emails. Our crew will notify you of all payment dates during booking, and confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail.
23.2.b. Bookings with 'Arrival Payment' Requested: Some charters will request a balance payment on arrival. For this option, if you wish to pay the balance by card/bank transfer. Regarding balance payments, besides the Euro, we also accept Lira, USD, GBP, CAD, and AUD currencies that will be converted with xe.com exchange rates.
23.3. Cancellations By Clients. Clients can cancel their contract with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM at any time. The cancellation will be effective when AQUAVENTURE TOURISM receives a written request from the Agent or for direct bookings from the Client. Clients who wish to cancel their charter product for any reason shall be entitled to reimbursement, the amount of which depends on the timing of the cancellation; see below.
Cancellation Fees for AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Private Yacht Charters:
• More than one year before the product begins, the total amount will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
• Between 1 year and 180 days before the beginning of the product, in the event of cancellation, 30% of the value of the charter package.
• Between 179 days and 90 days before the beginning of the product, in the event of cancellation, 50% of the value of the charter package.
• Less than 89 days notice before the beginning of the product in the event of cancellation, 100% of the value of the package holiday.
• No refund whatsoever is given to a partially used product or service.
23.4. Cancellation By AQUAVENTURE TOURISM (Force Majeure) We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed booking in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, the threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation, or any other external circumstances beyond the control of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. Compensation is not available if AQUAVENTURE TOURISM is forced to cancel or in any way change a product due to force majeure.
23.5. Captain's Authority and Responsibility All passengers are contractually obliged to comply with the vessel rules for their safety. Upon embarking all AQUAVENTURE TOURISM vessels, there is a meeting explaining safety procedure and vessel rules. The Captain has the authority to change the navigation itinerary for the clients’ safety, the crew, and the vessel. Any high-risk activity or water sports that the client wishes to partake in is done solely at their own risk and must adhere to and comply with local regulations, the opinion of the crew, and have all the necessary permits and skills. Our Captains also have the overall authority to terminate any product early due to any circumstances connected to adverse weather, dangerous and highly inappropriate behavior of the passengers or sudden deterioration of anyone’s medical condition. The vessels’ rules are a constituent of these general terms and conditions.
23.6. Complaints For Yacht Charter In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should be brought first to the attention of the Captain and crew during the product. If the complaint cannot be remedied at this time, then the client must bring the complaint to the attention of the AQUAVENTURE TOURISM office so that AQUAVENTURE TOURISM can take immediate action. Suppose AQUAVENTURE TOURISM cannot resolve the problem immediately. In that case, a complaint must be made in writing by the Client and sent to AQUAVENTURE TOURISM within 30 days of completion of the product, and the passenger(client) should submit appropriate evidence regarding the complaint. Complaints received 31 days or more after the completion of the product will not be acknowledged. Furthermore, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM is not obliged to resolve any complaints not submitted earlier on-site.
23.7. Exclusions: Additional beverages, food or snacks, fuel for water sports (for vessels equipped with water sports facilities), international port fees, airport arrival/departure taxes, transfers, land products, and excursions, professional guides, visas, personal insurance, personal items such as telephone, fax, or internet/email access charges, film, fees for photography or videography at specific locations, currency exchange fees, medical expenses, excess baggage fees, customs duties, shopping, and tips or gratuities are not included.
23.8. Vessel Capacity: Each vessel has an official capacity for the number of passengers (clients), as clearly stated on all our websites and brochures. When booking with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM, you must provide the exact number of passengers (clients) included in the product.
23.9. Vessel Engine Failure or Breakdown: In the event of a vessel breakdown, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM has 48 hours to resolve the issue by repairing the vessel or replacing it with another boat. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances (for other complaints, please refer to section 23.6).
23.10. Unforeseen Changes to Chartered Vessel, Routes, or Ports: AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to change any pre-arranged or pre-booked chartered vessel in the event of unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing our clients' best interests. In such cases, we will offer a vessel of the same or higher standard. We will strive to provide alternative dates during public holidays and peak seasons when alternatives may be limited. These changes may also affect departure/arrival ports and routes, and if so, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will cover all transfer costs to new ports. While there will be no extra charges to the client, no refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
23.11. Duty Of Care: If the product includes a Private Yacht Charter, the group leader is responsible for the care of the vessel's inventory and equipment during the product. It is the client's responsibility to compensate for any damage directly to the vessel's captain or crew before the product's conclusion unless otherwise agreed.
24. CABIN CRUISES
24.1. Confirmation / Deposit Payment for Cabin Cruises: Bookings can only be confirmed when AQUAVENTURE TOURISM has received a deposit. On rare occasions, some charters may request full payment. The amount will be confirmed automatically by our online booking system or with a team member if the booking is made via email. It is also the Client’s responsibility to verify with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM that they have received all bookings, tickets, itineraries, and any other relevant information.
24.2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE for Cabin Cruises
24.2.a. Balance payments:
Paid on arrival to Turkey at the check-in; some charters require pre-payment. For ‘arrival payments’, we accept the EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, or Turkish Lira balance.
Balance payment will be taken at the current exchange rate on the day of payment; we use xe.com for exchange rates.
24.2.b. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM accepts no responsibility for variations in the final transaction amount due to fees and exchange rates used by banking institutions.
24.3. Cancellations By Clients: Clients can cancel their contract with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM anytime. The cancellation will be effective when AQUAVENTURE TOURISM receives a written request from the Agent or for direct bookings from the Client. Clients who wish to cancel their charter product for any reason shall be entitled to reimbursement, the amount of which depends on the timing of the cancellation; see below.
24.4. Cancellation Fees and Policies for AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Cabin Cruises.
Cabin Charter Cancellation Policies:
• With 45 or more days’ notice, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will accept cancellation and refund all money except for an agreed 30% of the total product cost.
• 21 to 45 days’ notice, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will accept cancellation and refund all money except for an agreed 50% of the total product cost.
• 20 days or less notice for cabin charters: no refunds.
24.5. Open Date Transfer Policy on selected cruises.
24.5.a. Due to any unforeseen events where a Client’s circumstances change, if notice is given three weeks (21 days) before the cruise, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will offer the Client an open date option with no surcharge or transfer fees.
24.5.b. All deposits from the original booking will transfer to the new product dates to be confirmed between the Client and AQUAVENTURE TOURISM.
24.5.c. All dates will depend on availability, and prices may increase or decrease depending on advertised prices when the new booking is confirmed.
24.5.d. There are nine fixed Cabin Charter routes between the ports of Fethiye and Kekova. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Open Date Transfer policy is only available on these nine routes
24.5.e. Our Open Date Transfer Policy is unavailable for any Cabin Charter Cruises departing from or arriving at the following ports: Bodrum, Marmaris, Antalya, or the Greek Islands.
24.6. No refund is given for a partially used product or service.
24.7. Cancellation By AQUAVENTURE TOURISM: We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed bookings due to unusual circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, fire or flight cancellations, or any external circumstances beyond the control of AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. In all circumstances, an alternative product will be offered to the Client. This may result in alternative arrival and departure ports from the original booking. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will cover all port transfer costs. Clients will receive a full refund if AQUAVENTURE TOURISM cannot provide an alternative product.
If a minimum number product fails to secure sufficient bookings of 5 or fewer clients on any departure date, then AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to cancel the product, In this case, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will do their best to find a suitable alternative. The Client will be given the option of changing to an alternative cruise, which could be on the same date or a maximum of 5 days before or after the original booking date. Due to these circumstances, the Client may need to arrive and depart at a different port. If AQUAVENTURE TOURISM cannot find an alternative date that meets the Client’s plans, the Client will have the option of a full refund. However, this does not mean that every booking of 5 or fewer clients will be canceled. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will inform the Client or the Client’s Agent.
24.8. Accommodation on Cabin Cruises:
All our cabin cruises offer two types of accommodation options: a) Shared Cabin Available and b) Shared Cabin Not Available.
24.8.a. Shared Cabin Available:
On these cruises, we provide Double, Twin, Triple, and Quad cabin options. Each vessel has a unique cabin layout and bed type. As vessels may change due to unforeseen circumstances, the cabin layout may also change. Cabins may need to be allocated at the last minute, and we cannot guarantee the specific cabin you will receive under these circumstances.
24.8.b. Shared Cabins Not Available:
On these cruises, all cabins feature double beds, and shared cabins, triples, and quads are not available. Solo travelers or groups with odd numbers (e.g., 3/5/7, etc.) must pay a single supplement fee and book a cabin. The single supplement fee may vary between 70-100% (depending on the season) of the advertised price.
Details of all routes can be found on AQUAVENTURE TOURISM cruises. Each selected route provides accommodation details in the important information section.
For couples: If informed at the time of booking, we will arrange a private cabin with a double bed. While we strive to accommodate couples in cabins with double beds, the vessel's layout may necessitate placement in a private cabin with twin beds.
24.8.c. Solo Clients/Non-Couples:
Solo clients may be accommodated with other passengers in a Double, Twin, Triple, or Quad cabin, which may be mixed-gender (we prioritize matching same-gender passengers, but it is not guaranteed). Solo clients can pre-book a private cabin with a single supplement fee, ranging from 70-100% more than the advertised price.
24.9. Cabin Cruise Complaints:
In the unlikely event of a complaint, passengers should first notify the Captain and crew during the cruise. If the issue cannot be resolved onboard, passengers must report the complaint to the AQUAVENTURE TOURISM office for immediate action. Written complaints must be submitted to AQUAVENTURE TOURISM within 30 days of completing the cruise, accompanied by appropriate evidence. Complaints received after 30 days will not be acknowledged, and AQUAVENTURE TOURISM is not obliged to address complaints not submitted onsite earlier.
24.10. Exclusions:
Exclusions from the cabin cruise package include airport arrival/departure taxes, visas, personal insurance, additional beverages, snacks beyond those included in the itinerary, telephone/internet charges, film, photography fees, currency exchange fees, medical expenses, excess baggage fees, customs duties, shopping, and gratuities. If not listed in the itinerary's inclusions section, these items are not included in the package.
24.11. Vessel Engine Failure or Breakdown:
In the event of vessel breakdown, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM has 48 hours to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the vessel. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances (for other complaints, refer to section 24.9).
24.12. Cabin Charter Guidelines and Regulations:
Each vessel enforces different guidelines and regulations. Some cruises can accommodate dietary requirements, while others may not offer air conditioning. Age limits may apply, and some cruises may prohibit children. Passengers should thoroughly review each cruise's information before confirming bookings. After booking confirmation, passengers are deemed to have accepted and understood these rules.
24.13. Extra Bar Payments and Price Changes:
Bar tabs/bills on cabin cruises must be paid in cash only. Drink prices are subject to change at any time.24.14. Changes to Cabin Itinerary or Port:
AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to alter the carrier or itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing clients' best interests. We will offer alternatives and strive to accommodate changes in schedules. Changes may affect departure/arrival ports and routes, with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM covering transfer costs to new ports. While no additional charges will be incurred, refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.
25- AQUAVENTURE TOURISM TRAVEL AND LAND TOUR PRODUCTS
25.1. Deposit Payments for AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Turkey:
To confirm bookings for all our products, a deposit or full payment must be received by AQUAVENTURE TOURISM. The amount will be automatically confirmed by our online booking system or by a member of our team if booking via email.
25.2. Balance Payment: AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Turkey
25.2.a. Depending on the product, payment may be required either before departure or upon arrival. All details will be confirmed on your ticket or itinerary.
25.2.b. Balance payments are made upon arrival in Turkey at check-in, with some products requiring pre-payment. Besides Euros, we accept payments in Lira, USD, GBP, CAD, and AUD currencies, which will be converted using xe.com exchange rates.
25.2.c. Payment will be processed at the current exchange rate on the payment day, utilizing www.xe.com for exchange rates.
25.2.d. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM accepts no responsibility for discrepancies in the final transaction amount due to banking institutions' fees and exchange rates.
25.3. Cancellations By Clients:
Clients can cancel their contract with AQUAVENTURE TOURISM at any time. Cancellations become effective upon receipt of a written request from the Agent or directly from the Client. Refunds are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation Fees:
• 45 or more days' notice: AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will refund all money, except for an agreed 30% of the total product cost, plus third-party fees for flight, hotel, ferry, and bus cancellations.
• 21 to 45 days' notice: AQUAVENTURE TOURISM will refund all money, except for an agreed 50% of the total product cost, plus third-party fees for flight, hotel, ferry, and bus cancellations.
• 20 days or less notice for land tours and cabin charters: No refunds will be provided.
• AQUAVENTURE TOURISM acts as an intermediary between clients and various service providers, each of which has separate cancellation fees. Clients will be informed of all charges related to service cancellations.
25.4. Open/Alternative Date Transfer Policy:
If circumstances change, clients can request an open date option with no surcharge or transfer fees by giving 3 weeks (21 days) notice before the product. Deposits from the original booking will transfer to the new dates, subject to availability. Any flight, hotel, ferry, or bus cancellation fees will be deducted from the balance of the next confirmed booking.
25.5. Cancellation By AQUAVENTURE TOURISM:
AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to decline and cancel any confirmed booking at its discretion without further explanation.
25.6. Product Exclusions:
Exclusions from our products include international flights, airport taxes, customs duties, visas, personal/health insurance, medical expenses, extra baggage fees, additional meals or beverages not included in the itinerary, entrance fees not stated as part of the product, currency exchange fees, photography fees, laundry, and gratuities. If not mentioned in the itinerary's inclusions section, these items are not included.
25.7. Product Changes:
AQUAVENTURE TOURISM may change the carrier, hotel, or any part of the itinerary at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing clients' best interests. Alternative options will be offered, and transfer costs to new destinations/ports will be covered. No extra charges will be incurred, but no refunds will be given under these circumstances.
25.8. AQUAVENTURE TOURISM Turkey Land Tours and Travel Complaints:
25.8.a. In the unlikely event of a complaint during the product, clients must immediately notify an AQUAVENTURE TOURISM crew member (if available) or report the issue at the earliest opportunity at the head office for prompt action.
25.8.b. If AQUAVENTURE TOURISM cannot resolve the problem immediately, clients must submit a written complaint within 30 days of completing the product.
25.8.c. Complaints received 31 days or more after completing the product will not be acknowledged.
25.8.d. Furthermore, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM is not obliged to address complaints not submitted on-site earlier.
25.9. Vessel Engine Failure or Breakdown:
If a vessel product experiences a breakdown, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM has 48 hours to repair or replace the vessel. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances (refer to section 25.8 for other complaints).
25.10. Guaranteed Departure Products on Land Tours:
Many of our products are guaranteed to depart on advertised dates, except in cases of Force Majeure beyond AQUAVENTURE TOURISM's control.
25.11. Minimum Number Products on Land Tours:
If a product with a minimum booking requirement fails to secure sufficient bookings, AQUAVENTURE TOURISM reserves the right to cancel it. Clients will be offered alternatives or a full refund.
25.12. Domestic Flight Luggage Allowance:
For products including domestic flights, the baggage allowance is 15 kilograms per person. Additional weight incurs extra charges determined by the airlines, and clients must inform AQUAVENTURE TOURISM at booking.
25.13. Hotel/Airport Transfers:
Clients must provide accurate transfer information for independently booked hotels or flights. Incorrect information absolves AQUAVENTURE TOURISM of liability.
25.14. Hotel Accommodation:
25.14.a. Clients should review hotel details upon receiving the itinerary. Approval signifies acceptance, and changes afterward are not guaranteed.
25.14.b. Hotel-related concerns should be addressed directly with the hotel under its rules and regulations.
25.14.c. Hotel check-in and check-out times vary and are subject to the hotel's policy.
25.15. Daily Pick Up & Drop Off Times:
25.15.a. Estimated pick-up and drop-off times are provided and subject to change due to external factors.
25.15.b. Clients will be informed of any changes before the product.
25.15.c. Clients must be punctual to avoid disrupting others. Failure to be ready at the arranged time may result in the product proceeding without the client, with no refund.
25.16. Captains Authority and Responsibility:
Clients must comply with vessel rules for safety. The captain may alter the itinerary for safety reasons or terminate the product under certain circumstances.
25.17. Guide and Drivers Authority and Responsibility:
Guides and drivers have the authority to ensure client safety and may alter or terminate the product under certain circumstances.
